A 3,600 SF three-phase gut and buildout of pediatric specialty clinical space for Stanford Children's Health in Walnut Creek. The work upgraded exam rooms for endocrinology, cardiology, and pulmonary care while the surrounding clinic stayed open.

Phased construction across three separate scopes, with all new millwork, plumbing, lighting, VAV distribution with controls, and finishes throughout. The buildout served pediatric endocrinology, cardiology, and pulmonary exam rooms, each configured for the specific clinical workflow of its specialty. All work occurred in an active clinic without disrupting Stanford's ongoing patient care.

A modernized specialty clinical environment for Stanford Children's Health's Walnut Creek location, with three pediatric specialty practices operating from fully refreshed exam suites. The phased delivery let Stanford maintain continuous care for their pediatric patients throughout construction.
