Overview
A 1,750 SF conversion of an existing test lab into new office space for Pragmatic Engineering in San Jose. The project added a full mezzanine level above the existing footprint to expand the usable area.
Scope
Full conversion of the existing test lab, including a new mezzanine and second-floor restroom added to expand the usable area. The bottom floor was finished with polished concrete throughout. New light fixtures across the space, and new HVAC zoning and ducting installed to serve the reconfigured layout.
Outcome
A test lab transformed into a modern office with double the usable area through the mezzanine addition. The polished concrete and new lighting brought the space up to modern office standards, and the new HVAC zoning gives full climate control across both floors.
