Overview
A refresh of restroom cores, corridors, and elevator lobbies across eight floors of the same 9-story high-rise in Burlingame. The work also included converting empty suite space on the lower level into an open social lounge and kitchen. Tenants stayed in their spaces throughout.
Scope
Custom pathways and isolation systems were built on every floor to keep work areas separate from active tenant workspaces. Restroom cores and corridors received new finishes throughout. Elevator lobbies got new floating Rulon wood ceilings. The lower level conversion required new zoning, electrical rerouting, plumbing work, and additional custom Rulon ceilings to transform empty suite space into a new social lounge.
Outcome
Updated common areas across all eight floors with the building's tenants operating throughout the entire run. The lower level conversion added a new amenity space to a building that previously had none, while the upper floors got refreshed restrooms and corridors that match the building's new high-end standard.
