Overview
A new community health clinic built for Axis Community Health in Livermore, designed to expand healthcare access across the Tri-Valley community. The 2024-opened facility was COBE's fifth project with Axis, continuing a long-running partnership built around accessible care.
Scope
The clinic includes six dental operatories, six examination rooms, and dedicated offices for behavioral health services, bringing medical, dental, and mental health care into a single location. The design emphasizes functionality and patient comfort, with natural light incorporated throughout the space to create an inviting and efficient environment.
Outcome
A new community health facility ready to serve up to 20,000 annual visits for 6,000 patients in Livermore. The integrated medical, dental, and behavioral health services let patients access multiple types of care under one roof, and the relationship between COBE and Axis continues to build with each project.
