A 5,500 SF dermatology practice buildout for Icecreamwala Dermatology in Dublin. The modern but comfortable design required close coordination with the existing building's conditions and careful management of the site's proximity to residential neighbors.
Scope
Full design-build construction with new MEP infrastructure throughout, including a mezzanine level and polished concrete flooring. The project required restricted work practices to accommodate the residential neighborhood adjacent to the site, with careful scheduling and noise management throughout the build.
