Grace Dental Pediatric

A 2,105 SF full renovation and buildout of a pediatric dental practice for Grace Dental Pediatric in Menlo Park. The work transformed an existing space into a child-friendly dental office with new pediatric operatories, accessible features, and refreshed exterior.

Interior demolition of non-load-bearing partitions, plus removal of outdated plumbing, mechanical, and electrical systems. New construction included vibrant partitions, playful casework, upgraded plumbing and electrical, and modern pediatric operatories outfitted for child dental care. Additional scope covered an accessible transaction counter, a drinking fountain, and child-tailored restroom facilities. Exterior work included pervious pavers, new storefront doors, refreshed paint, and updated light fixtures. ADA-compliant building entrance and parking spaces completed the accessibility upgrades.
