A series of laboratory and office projects for FibroGen at their San Francisco facility, totaling approximately 5,000 SF across multiple scopes. The work ranged from modular cleanroom installation to BSL1 lab buildouts with gowning rooms and office refreshes.
Scope
The projects included installation of a modular cleanroom system, complete lab buildouts with gowning and changing rooms, full laboratory equipment installs, and an office refresh. Each phase included new mechanical equipment sized for lab operation, process piping throughout, and Title 24 lighting controls. All work was completed in FibroGen's operating facility without interruption to their research operations.
Outcome
A stack of completed projects supporting FibroGen's ongoing research operations, with new lab environments, gowning infrastructure, and an updated office all integrated into their existing San Francisco facility.
