Overview
A 40,000 SF expansion of Fujifilm Dimatix's existing cleanroom and biotech facility. The project added a new modular cleanroom to support advanced research and production capabilities, with comprehensive infrastructure upgrades to match the new scope.
Scope
A new modular cleanroom system was installed with fan-filtered units to maintain strict air quality standards. Chilled water piping was extended to support temperature control across the expanded space. Dedicated air handlers and redundant make-up air units were added to maintain reliability and minimize downtime. The office areas received a comprehensive refresh, including Title 24 energy-efficiency upgrades. HVAC and plumbing improvements throughout brought the building up to current standards.
Outcome
An expanded research and production cleanroom built to the air quality and reliability standards Fujifilm Dimatix's work requires. The redundant air handling system protects against single points of failure, and the HVAC and plumbing upgrades extend the facility's capacity and bring it into line with current building standards.
