Project Details
Overview
A 100,000 SF conversion of an existing warehouse in Sunnyvale into a high-performance mechanical hub supporting data center-grade infrastructure. The project transformed a general-purpose industrial space into a precision-controlled environment ready for critical data center operations.
Scope
The buildout centered on a 150-ton boxcar HVAC unit, requiring heavy-duty footings and structural steel reinforcement to support the equipment loads and ensure continuous operation. The unit was outfitted with a four-pipe hot and chilled water system, integrated with ALC controls for precise environmental management essential for critical operations. UPS upgrades supported the facility's continuous power requirements.
