Overview
A complete gut and buildout of an 8,320 SF medical office and wellness center for Crossover Health in San Francisco. The facility delivers primary care, chiropractic, physical therapy, and acupuncture services to employees of Intuit, LinkedIn, and Synopsys.
Scope
The gut and buildout included a board room with Stix light fixtures, multiple offices, a gender-neutral restroom, an on-site gym, and decorative wall coverings in the corridors. HVAC was built around a VAV distribution system with hot water reheat coils running on Trane controls. Title 24 lighting completed the buildout.
Outcome
A multi-specialty wellness center designed to support a corporate health benefits program for three major Bay Area tech employers. The combination of clinical services, fitness facilities, and high-end finishes creates a healthcare experience built for the employees who use it daily.
