Overview
A multi-site rollout of five healthcare facilities for Crossover Health in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, totaling approximately 20,000 square feet of new medical office space. The five clinics were the first stage of a pilot program built to serve Amazon's 20,000 workers in the region.
Scope
Each facility was built fast-track to meet aggressive deadlines, with COBE coordinating across multiple design teams: Gensler in New York, Glumac in San Diego, and DES Architects in Redwood City. Every clinic includes high-tech exam rooms and in-house physical therapy labs, with some sites also featuring chiropractic and acupuncture treatment rooms. Each facility was finished to Crossover Health's standards with custom mural wall coverings, sound control pocket doors, polished concrete floors, open ceilings, and specialty wall treatments.
Outcome
Five operational health centers serving Amazon's 20,000-worker DFW workforce. The multi-site rollout was delivered on the aggressive pilot timeline, with consistent high-end finish standards across all five locations supporting Crossover Health's brand experience for the end-user employees.
