Corporate Office Buildout, Sunnyvale

A 60,000 SF corporate office tenant improvement in Sunnyvale, combining open office, cafes, private booths, training rooms, and lab space in a single buildout. The project emphasized acoustic performance and high-end architectural finishes throughout.

The buildout delivered office space, new cafes, seating areas, private booths, and labs. Seating areas and private booths received custom millwork and hanging acoustic baffles for sound mitigation, while the cafes got custom hanging panels and the training room got custom wall coverings, all tuned for acoustic control. The lab was finished with welded sheet vinyl flooring and outfitted with new ventilation and power. New Title 24 lighting controls, high-end architectural finishes, and a VAV hot water reheat system with ALC controls completed the project.
