A 64,750 SF fast-paced buildout of office and laboratory space for Codexis's 200P facility in Redwood City. The scope combined general office and lab space with specialized environments for vivarium work, BL1 and BL2 research, fermentation, and walk-in fume hood operations.

A 64,750 SF fast-paced buildout of office and laboratory space for Codexis's 200P facility in Redwood City. The scope combined general office and lab space with specialized environments for vivarium work, BL1 and BL2 research, fermentation, and walk-in fume hood operations.
Outcome
A complete office and research facility at Codexis's 200P building, combining administrative space with multiple specialized lab environments under one roof. The redundant cooling systems protect Codexis's most sensitive lab work, including the BL2 environments and freezer storage, while the multi-gas distribution and flexible casework give the team infrastructure to support a wide range of research and production work.
