Overview
A 10,000 SF expansion of an existing liquid-cooled data center in Santa Clara, delivering capacity for 200 additional racks to support the client's growing operations.
Scope
The build added a raised floor system with new in-row coolers tied into the Building Management System (BMS), along with underfloor chilled water supply and return piping, moisture detection, and upgraded UPS panels and power infrastructure. Every system was integrated into the existing facility to expand capacity without disrupting ongoing operations.
Outcome
Capacity for 200 additional racks in a liquid-cooled environment, with the cooling, power, and monitoring infrastructure to support the client's continued growth. The expansion strengthens the facility's ability to scale while maintaining reliable, efficient operation.
